Hello and welcome to Train n Go, my name is Richard Mellon and I am the creator of Train n Go. Ask yourself how important your health is to you and those around you? 15 years in the leisure industry and I learn some thing new every day. I srarted at the Village Hotel as a fitness instructor having been released from Norwich City FC.
I completed my level 2 intsructors qualification and 4 years later wanted to progress up the ladder and I moved to David Lloyds to become a personal trainer where I completed my nasm level 3 qualifacation. My passion for success is as strong today as it was back then and since day 1 I have completed my spin , kettle bell, power plate, circuits and older adult specialist qualification.
I have over the years trained elite athletes and footballers, to my mum at the gym. If weight is your barrier then together we will lose the pounds and tone up at the same time. Lack of fitness is not a problem as we will develop it over the first few weeks and youll feel a massive improvement in every aspect of your life. I have been in the leisure industry for 15 years now and I am constantly finding ways of helping others become healthier, enjoy life and change there bad habits for good habits.
